Does anyone experience aching tired and heavy legs during breastfeeding ? If so what are you doing to try and relieve this ?

Hi Kerry,

I personally haven't and don't experience this but it may help you to elevate your feet on something like a stool when you are breastfeeding your Lil one.

if you're legs seem to ache when you're feeding during the night whilst in bed it may be worth trying a few light stretching exercises a few times in the day as it could just maybe be the muscle in the back of your legs contracting back to normal after the excessive weight of pregnancy.

xx

Same as Abenna and I have EBF for last 7 months. Are you new to Breast Feeding? Up until bubs was about 8 weeks or so I was exhausted, could barely keep eyes open during the eve cluster feed time, I was never drinking enough & would dehydrate quickly. Have you circulatory problems? Or did you in pregnancy? X

Hello, I agree with Abenna too, keep your feet elevated and this should keep your legs from feeling heavy and aching x
