Sweating During Sleep But Sweat Doe not Contain Salt

Hiya

I dont know how to express but I have sweating during sleeps. However, the sweat is like water not like the sweat when you sleep in 40 C weather. Is yours also like this? I am 33 week pregnant..

Its probably all to do with hormones x
