Dermamyositis

Been suffering for years, but never diagnosed. Does this look like dermamyositis? I have aches and pains, rash on nipples but keep being fobbed off 😟

Hi Tina, Ah you poor thing -All i can say is keep pushing your Gp to refer you to a rheumatologist. Sometimes it takes "us" as a patient to put a diagnosis in a Gp's head. I will mention that on test they do is a speciliast blood test that can only be ordered from a consultant not a Gp. Good Luck and keep us posted xxx

I’ve actually been referred to a dermatologist 🤷‍♀️ I’ll wait and see what they have to say. Thanks for the reply x
