Myositis UK members! Look out for the April Flyer being sent to members, this includes conference details, reservation form to attend conference and sponsorship form to support those running the London Marathon for the charity 😬

Please note being a member of forum Heathunlocked forum or Myositis Forum UK (on facebook) does not make you a member of Myositis UK. To request membership for Myositis UK email msg@myositis.org,uk and a membership form will be posted to you and you will only become a member if the completed form is returned to Myositis UK.

If you will require a room for overnight accommodation (special negotiated rate) for the conference please send your reservation and payment to the charity as soon as possible, because rooms are limited.

The Myositis UK Conference & AGM will be held on Sunday 23rd June 2019 @ The Double Tree by Hilton Oxford Belfry, Oxford (just off the M40).

The conference is free to Myositis UK members and one partner or carer & children; this includes coffee/tea breaks & lunch in the restaurant is also provided.

As in previous years, a Meet & Greet will be held the day before (22nd June between 2.30pm and 4pm). This is a chance to meet others staying the night before the conference (please note you can still attend if you are staying elsewhere or live nearby).

Please note: ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDANCE
