I didn't hear from them yesterday, so I did more cleaning this morning. Tried to rest frequently in case they wanted to go out for supper tonight. I just found out that my stupid phone, which I've hated since the beginning, never alerted me to the fact that they sent multiple texts at 7:30 this morning saying that they're sick and won't be stopping by! But at least now I have less housework to do before Christmas.

I hate when that happens! My phone loses service in certain places 🤷‍♀️ but mine is like 8yrs old? 🤣😂🤣 l love my phone.. Im sry your friends are sick🤗 and your right, you have a cleaner house! 🤗💕🌠

I spent years with the cheapest TracFones Walmart sold, but they went from lasting several years to only a few months. After the last one quit, my son said I needed to upgrade, so he got me a Nokia flip phone from the electronics store. It has been a thorn in my side ever since! There's no caller ID. The volume control is practically nonexistent, so I can't hear it when it's right beside my head. And checking the time or opening the phone wipes out all message alerts. I keep hoping it'll just stop working so I have an excuse to go back to a cheaper phone!

had nine people for dinner. First thing in the morning I wondered how I’d make it through the day, but it went fine. My significant other is a huge help. We worked well together. Phew!

Today is Sunday for me and it started snowing right before the end of church. I want to curl up in covers and get cozy. Right now I'm in my recliner next to the fireplace which is on. Nice...

I'm in northern Indiana. You sound much happier about snow than I feel! I'm just glad that I don't have to go anywhere tomorrow. Then this part will be done and hopefully it will warm up enough to get rid of it.
