A beautiful morning here in Pocatello Idaho ☀️ Been nice the last couple of days, little wind but no thunderstorms ⛈️. Need to get lawn trimmed and mowed today 🤞🏼 and a meeting tonight at 7. Still dealing with headaches and dizziness but a little bit better. Don’t see pain doctor till end of the month to review MRI’s. Hope everyone is doing well and have a good weekend 👍🏼🙏😉

Has anyone suggested pt for dizziness? Just a thought because I just finished a session of PT for balance. The pt and I were talking about pt for dizziness and vertigo.

I had PT for vertigo and dizziness. It involved moving my head in a series of different positions to get the crystals in my ears a.igned. It worked! Vertigo was gone.

yes I have been doing pt since last September. It was helpful at first and has died off a few months ago that’s why the new MRI’s 👍🏼

we got your rain, unfortunately! Still have a couple acres grass hay on the ground. Now, with the weather, I won’t bale until late next week. I hear you on the headaches and dizziness (from ear/sinus infections). It’s proof my DMT is affecting my immune system. I had my first round of lumbar steroid shots… immediate back pain relief. Of course, I’ve overdone it with setting hand lines! Stretch stretch stretch! Stay safe! Have a wonderful weekend!

good funny ... i think they make them to fit like this to give us a hint you are to big and that is why there is a gap ...hahahahahhahahahaha...still enjoying it...sorry about being to late ...been at the beach ....love and happiness
