The only place I know of like that is southern CA. But you need to be able to afford to live there. They have earthquakes but are mostly rumbles that don't amount to much. I lived there most of my life. But left to get out of the city, traffic & ridicules taxes & cost of living.
It looks quite pretty, white mascara, maybe the fashion will take off 🤣
