Well PT came yesterday and put shoe on with brace and walked around the house inside for about 20 minutes. Then he manipulated my ankle and toes for a little bit. Toe’s swelled up a little bit but not too bad 🤞🏼 Home health care comes in today to change bandage 🩹. Will put shoe on later for a little bit and not push it too much. Have a great day 🙏👍🏼😉

i often get challenged to race by elderly people when i use the motorised chair.😂
