Happy Mother's Day! My daughter's sick this week, so my son and I are heading over to Mum's to play "cook what's in the freezer". She said that we'll each close our eyes and pick something, and then that's what we'll have for Sunday dinner. Personally, I'm going to sneak into the freezer ahead of time and make sure I know where the chocolate eclairs are hiding.
