Congratulations! All the information I've seen about movement and MS is that whatever we can do will improve our abilities to continue. So, good job, and keep at it!! And congratulate yourself; it's well earned.

I bought the smallest rowing machine I could find, hoping it would slip under my bed when not in use. Unfortunately, it's a few inches too high; which means it's become an obstacle. But, I haven't fallen over it yet, and I am using it daily. It's easy to get onto, challenging to get up from, but stretches everything so I'm glad I bought it.
