I have read many articles about fatigue but I like how this one describes the difference between normal fatigue and our fatigue. It also gives some good tips on helping our type of fatigue.

I do those things but have dropped dead fatigue. Can usually fake early am, but next 4 to 6 hr s can't move.p orovigil makes me feel yucky.

I do antiinflammatory diets but I think something else going on

Revive about 8 pm for a while to finish chores.

So living with it. Amen retired
