Good morning. Smile, it is a beautiful day, it is grey, hot and a little off and on rain. But last night my bed was soft and warm. There were no ms gremlins stabbing my face with ice picks, so overall I am happy. I never believed it but it really can be worse. So whatever "YOU" are going through, trust me it can be worse. So life is GOOOD is it not.
Take a deep breath, calm yourself. Be kind and relax, "YOU" CAN live and live well with this.

some good sleep is so important ...so glad is better and yes i agree it can be worse but sure hope stays silent for you ...no pain...loves and some wonderful happiness...lots of laughs ...
