With my lime size bladder, I do get up all night, so every night is an all nighter. Luckily I can really do it in a flash, even with the bathroom lights brighter than the sun, they do not bother me any more, forget trying to struggle seeing with night lights. 3 times is probably minimum. I stay positive by thinking how much less I will weigh when I finally get up to take a shower in the morning which is when I weigh myself everyday, after dehydrating all night. But, at least I won't die of dehydration like my friend's better half who they retired in the desert and who literally died from dehydration because she had mobility issues and needed to avoid nighttime, and daytime bathroom runs. So, she stopped drinking so as not to have to be assisted to the bathroom living in their trailer in the middle of nowhere. Nope, not me, I just sleep walk the 10 steps to the bathroom as many times as needed. During the day, I know every bathroom everywhere, and my built in GPS bathroom finder in my brain works well. On long walks on the nature paths, I have the nature version that knows all the best clumps of trees, tall grasses the other side of the little pond.... even the one still in view of public works. Bladder issues are always better than bowel issues, but do bears & I shit in the woods together? I'm getting to know most of them! Luckily those are less frequent.
