G'day, my beloved ms family. On Saturday the Arizona coyotes (my ice hockey team) had an event for a young lady that they had inducted into the team who died of cancer last year. Very impressive and quite moving, but ice Hockey players are like that. One thing that really struck me was the use of the word RESILIENCE.
I am not going to say what it means, BUT maybe "YOU" might look it up and then apply that word to you lifestyle and habits. There are other strong words, use them make them yours. Do not use weak words, always build yourself up.
