Im about 30 min north of the state line. I dont know if they declared a state of emergency here but i know there isnt much happening and the weather is the same here for us. Most snow ive ever seen in Oklahoma. My house is froze up and there were front end loaders clearing the streets today. We were trapped in but was a bit warmer vut im still frozen septic lines. My wayer thawed out but cant use use much cause its got no where to go.

Yes its supposed to be 12° warmer tomorrow with a high of 32° so almost out of the freezer. LoL its supposed to be back to the 50's by mid week so soon we will be warmer again. Its just getting through till then, hope all my lines will be freed by tomorrow afternoon. I stink, I need a shower!!

It’s horrible not being able to have a shower 🚿 I understand what you mean. Do not think for one moment I am trying to compare my situation to yours but when we had the bath ripped out and a walk in shower put in, we could not shower for a week. We were having to have stand up washes in the sink. My great Grammy always used to say, cleanliness is next to Godliness, I can tell you, that I felt very un Godly that week., so I empathise. I hope your sewage pipe hasn’t frozen, how are you for power, any power cuts? 🙏🤗

I know how no shower is. After my surgery. I had 1 shower from August 22 to September 25. Then 1 weekly with occupational therapist from September 25 thru Jan 1. I can finally take 1 when please and it’s wonderful.😅😂🤣

There have been some scheduled vlackouts but not for my neighborhood yet. I think the power grid was stabalized, i do have a onboard generator if necessary. Pne of yhe perks of living in a travel trailer. Have a 110 system and a 12 volt system for what is called boondocking (no eletricity or running water) I test ran it the other day to see that it would start and it did.

Hi Jed! Calfeechick is back, at least for a while. Had a rough c18 months or so. Year ago. I was hospitalized 3 times in October. Much better these year. MS episodes almost had to be admitted to convalescence hospital. Hope to see you on here soon.
