What I want to know is am I falling the correct way? LOL ok seriously that is true, the crutches I have are designed to put your hands in the correct position naturally to help avoid carpal tunnel syndrome. They relieved alot of my pain in long term assistive device use, for i was not bright enough to do it the right way in the first place.. i hate reading instructuons before use! (I know ladies, typical ....)!!!
I like to read them backwards as I like to get mad immediately, then become more hopeful as I move towards the beginning.

there are days that i do end up just like that but for the most part i get along fine but again i don't use it all the time for i want to do it by myself ...once i have to use it everyday i will probably be like this all the time...i am safer now not using it unless on a long walk ..all stay safe...
Nice reminder, and I will try not to use it as a twirl-y stick when dancing!
