Music is good medicine, too! I just discovered Monk recently on Peacock tv and love Randy Newman’s theme song for that. Very fitting these days...”It’s a jungle out there.” I’m listening to Christmas music right now. Yes, I’m one of “those people.”

Music soothes the the beast, right? I love to listen to all sorts of music, keep it ready to be turned on all the time. Just found an incredible guitarist, do not know how I have missed him all this time, Joe Bonamossa. A friend invited me to watch a couple of his concerts at Albert Royal Hall, incredible talent. He played with B.B. King at age 12! Thanks for the post!
