Recently, a laptop I bought brand new in November, didn't survive a Microsoft update. So after working with a tech from Dell via the phone, the end result was a need to pack up the laptop and send back to Dell for a repair or replacement. So I've been using my old laptop. I found it still had a lot of my photographs still on it. I thought I would post something that I used to do, professionally. Now, just to explain this insanity--When I was first diagnosed with MS, I'd read two news articles. 1 was about a woman with MS who had been stung by abunch of bees and she claimed to have been cured of her MS because all of the stings. Then there was another story about a man with MS who was struck by lightning. The strike, he claimed, cured his MS! So I figured I had to either take up bee-keeping, or stand out in a thunderstorm.
Well, I'm not a bee-keeper, but I did used to be a lightning photographer!
So here is a photograph I did about 25 years ago. I called it "Pentium Storm" because the building that's all lit up is Intel, in Rio Rancho, NM. I got the shot by stnding on a wooden platform in my backyard.
And I'm sure my neurologist is much happier that I don't do such craziness anymore.

Thank you. But while I don't really photograph anymore--except what I can get with my phone--I still don't have the sense to stay out of the rain. I always try to get outside on the rare occasion it is raining.
I used to live in the Midwest, and it rains little here. I do miss those thunderstorms sometimes, except for the migraines they always brought with them.
Perhaps you should not do that, CrazyCatWom , I mean, taking awesome photos, on a wooden platform, in your back yard! However, despite the doctors objections, I would be right there, next to you, on that wooden platform, also taking photos! It's called LIVING! Thank you for your lovely post! Keep Smiling
