I will tell her in person for you for free. I have a feeling it would solve each and every one of my problems. She will need to bring her own shovel cause I'm not digging my own hole.
Been on a cruise once, it was fantastic! Been to all the important sights in Europe and Asia a number of times, but there was no direct flight to Nice, France, before (two connecting flights to get there). And how do you get to Lucca, Italy, if not on a cruise? Too peopley only if you choose to socialize. Cruises are only as peopley as you want them to be. Can sit on the balcony for hours otherwise. A canoe is too peopley.
Portable petri dishes on a floating petri dish? Oh, now that changes everything! Is she seriously entertaining this? I wouldn't do this for all the money in the world!
Carole, my husband and I always used to make fun of people who go on cruises. Until we went on a cruise last year. Please see my response to TexasLawman .
I don't make fun of people going on cruises, IFwczs I think that they would be fun actually. I am just the type of person that would get sea sick. I am not sure if I would bring my children with me. A canoe too peopley? I suppose, if it's more than a single. Keep Smiling
Carole, I misspoke - we didn't make fun of people going on cruises but were very critical of them. They were always on the Caribbean beaches we spent our vacations on. In Venice, we had to schedule our activities around cruise ships.
I thought I would be seasick as well. My mom was sending me articles how to combat seasickness on cruises. But if it's a big ship, you don't even notice it's moving. Only once could I even tell we were on water.
You are right about children. Our cruise didn't have many. But I think there are a lot of kids on Caribbean cruises. We don't know people's circumstances. Maybe there was no one available to baby sit them at home?
I understand, IFwczs I don't think that I would enjoy being on a cruise with my children ~ I would worry too much about them. And the seasick stuff ~ I loved going deep sea fishing until several years ago, I got seasick so bad that I was praying for the coast guard plane to fly over the boat so that I could through myself into the water and be taken off the ship! No such luck! And that was only a 4 hour excursion! To be on a cruise ship for a whole week and be seasick ~ oh goodness, NO!
This is what I am saying, Carole. There was no movement. I got seasick on a small boat. But this huge ship doesn't move, even though we got in a storm once.
