jimeka I am ok. Never started cognitive PT. The new neuro was horrible...I have time to figure out who to transfer my care to (for the 2nd time). Suck big time but oh well.😊 The girls are good. Hannah had surgery after Xmas to have her tonsils/adenoids removed. Midland let her skip J-term. She’s double majoring in communications & history with a minor in politics & citizenship. Finished the season ranked #3 in the country for women’s NAIA schools. They were 1/2 way to dallas (from Nebraska)when ITC sectionals were canceled. Were supposed to bowl in the National championships 2 weeks later in Michigan. Hailey & kalli both had great co-Ed & girls HS seasons.Hailey was presented her national championship eagle during a ceremony in December (from her team win in Michigan last summer). Kalli is a beast...beating both sisters & dan! Then it all abruptly stopped. They’re all good but chomping at the bit to get back to training. Dan is an essential worker (road construction) & hannah works 30 hrs a week @ ALDI (grocery etc store). Hailey will off until at least 05/18 if the open up bowling alleys (doubtful). How is your family...and the grandkids?
The grandkids are well thank you. Harry is working hard with home schooling but tends to get a bit bored as he runs out of school work My daughter is an essential worker going a nurse so trying to home school and work is proving difficult.. Charlie just loves being active. He wants a BMX as my eldest son built him a jump so he spends all day trying to do tricks. Before lock down he went to do his 200 metre badge swimming but he kept going and his teacher let him and she stopped him at 400 meters, he is 6. It’s very frustrating not being able to see them and face time is a bonus. My eldest son got engaged just as lock down started so we were not able to celebrate it, I am really looking forward to seeing the ring. My youngest son was supposed to get married next weekend but it’s all being postponed until next May. My hubby is an essential worker, being a farmer and a boatman he has to carry a letter to show the police if he gets stopped. Anyway it’s really great to hear that your girls are doing so well. I hope that you all stay safe and I hope that you can find a good neurologist, take care, Blessings Jimeka 🤗

Wow! You really have to learn how to fall? I wore a lot of full length pants, heavy shirts...till I did. But I did well at fracturing ribs, spraining just about everything, but with heavy denim.....and work gloves....you'll look like it never happened! You'll just feel like x&#@*, but you can hide it! Did so for many years.
You look ugly!!! So you live in a warm climate that shorts are appropriate. Black denims, long sleeved denim shirts, work gloves, and ice packs! Did that many times. If you live in the desert, no problem, just soak them before leaving. Inexpensive A/C clothes! That's why I'd love to move back to the southwest someday!
Yes, its unseasonably warm for this time of year, high 70’s. Warm clothes season 🩳. My knee hurts the worst 🤬. Just gotta be more careful and slow down. Usually happens when I am tired 😓. Thanks Ken 🐾🐾😉
That’s when I tend to fall, as well, Ken. When I’m tired and not paying the sort of attention that I should be. Take care and hope you start feeling better soon.
Seems like every time I get tired, my balance seems to be really bad...😞 & BOOM!!! DOWN I GO😢!!!
Like last night, I got "tripped" by my 👛 LOL!! Fell directly on my left knee( had knee replacement in 2118). Maybe that's why I needed a TKR ??!! The left knee I also need done! At least our " parts" can be replaced! 😆 😆

The last major crash I had was when I was a teen. We sort of bounced back then.
My friend thought we were turning when we weren’t. Crashed into me and bent my bike’s frame. Ruined forever.
I learned it hurts when I fall and have always tried to avoid it.
I had a hard time walking for at least a week.
