Just to keep everyone informed, I am still not 100%, but I am very hopeful. I have had to decrease some weights with some exercises, but I have also gone to 6 miles on the stationary bike instead of 5. That is an improvement that I will take, gladly.

Hang in there positiveness...we’re cheering for you! However, my concern would be that you might want to ask your doc (you may have already) if it’s okay to get the blood flowing so soon after Ocrevus...I was told by my Primary MD who is a D.O. to ask my neuro first and that rest, balanced nutrition and adequate hydration are good places to start before beginning to rebuild strength. Not trying to discourage you, I’m a lifelong fan of physical fitness and well-being...just putting safety first. I just had my second half-dose of Ocrevus today...I will be seeing my neurologist soon to discuss getting back to the gym. Until then...just taking it slowly. Hope this helps...and glad you’re doing so well! 🦋🌺
You have such a positive attitude and I am happy that you always ask your medical team about what is best for you! Sending you positive thoughts, vSmiles, and vHugs for O infusion today.
