Blood test at Ocrevus+8 mths; Tcells back to normal

Just got the results of my monthly test since Ocrevus + 6 months. While the B cells are still close to 0, the T-cells are back to normal. So I expect an email from the neuro this week to schedule my next Ocrevus infusion (first full dose).

anaishunter What is considered a normal for T-Cells? I get bloodwork prior to my infusion, and right now my B cells are also close to zero. This is normal because that is what Ocrevus is supposed to do. Keep us informed of your experiences with Ocrevus, and in the meantime,

The report has data for 3 types of Tcells: CD3 , CD4, CD8. For Bcells, they track CD19. Bcells are still close to 0, while Tcells and others are back to normal.

The doctor emailed me early this Monday. We'll do another check in a month and then consider the next round of Ocrevus, possibly a half-dose (hope at 1/2 price - just joking). Ocrevus is still doing its expected job with Bcells at 0 so I'm not exposed to MS damage.

I won't complain about getting a potentially lighter or less frequent dose of a nasty treatment as long as it works for my body.
