I was forced to give up caffeine when I had the flu and had stopped drinking my daily soda. I had a headache either because of the flu or because of no caffeine. Since I paid the price I decided to give up caffeine. After being caffeine-free, the birds don't sing as loud and the sky isn't as blue.

Are you feeling better now sashaming1 ? I would be drinking coffee again! If the sky isn't as blue and the birds arnt sing as sweet, that would be a pretty good reason!!! Life is living!!!! 🤗💕

I am feeling better now. The caffeine withdrawal symptoms are over. I hear the birds singing and I see that the sky is blue! It was a bit tough at first.
