It shows you a lot of the ways you can start healing auto immune disease although MS is probably one of the tougher it's not impossible according to Dr. Terry Wahls MD (who has SPMS) but it involves a LOT of work. The series does not specifically focus on MS but rather on the underlying causation. I enjoyed watching it last night while sipping on some golden milk

Hey anything to boost your health is a good thing in my book. Please don't get get me wrong. We just that saying 'beating' can be a bit deceving to some.

and for those of us that can't afford a personal holistic Dr/coach it's even tougher...to know what exactly we're supposed to start with, and get the tests needed to know exactly what is going on in our individual case
