As much as we complain about the snow ❄ it really is beautiful! And we need it for its water!πŸ˜€

No carrots but we still have lots of greens (collards, kale, mustard) growing that they can eat. πŸ‡ We plant them for ground cover, during the winter, as well as to eat, while they last. πŸ₯—

We need the snow and really cold weather β„οΈπŸŒ¬πŸŒ¨ to kill back the insects πŸ› that have killed off hemlock trees and other trees in our area.🌲
