Good news--I had a great family reunion with swimming and playing at a reservoir, camping, hiking and horseback riding. I had lots of energy and a great week.
Bad news-- I'm paying for it this week with extreme fatigue!! It's killing me.
I wish fun didn't come with consequences.

StacyHayward at least you gave it a go and you have made lots of good memories. Enjoy the memories while you rest and recover. Unfortunately with ms all good things come at a price, blessings Jimeka π¦ π
I've looked back on things I've done that have caused a bit of a setback afterward, and I continue to be thankful I did what I did while I could. No regrets. Rest up, StacyHayward . I hope the fatigue gets better, and if that's 'all' you suffer from all you did, that you will feel it was worth it. π
You felt good so you had to seize the moment. Unfortunately there is usually a down side, but you had great fun!
Still you have that wonderful positive memory to hold onto later in life - you are impressive. Sorry for that MS trigger, I wish you had been able to escape it, but it will pass, it will.
I stop myself from doing what I really want to do just because of the out come later. I prefer to try to do a little bit everyday and not pay for it.
I have a lit of grandkids to spend time with... Something like a family get together I would probably go and suffer the consequences. Sometimes I take the little leap lol
