Every day I wake up, put my feet on the ground, and stand up is a good day. It's all about attitude. Decide to be happy, look for reasons to be happy no matter how small, and the happiness bug will slowly infiltrate your mindset! Maybe it's the smile on your spouse's face. Maybe it's your dog's morning attack to lick you from head to toe or cat's subtle greeting of a soft purr as it wraps it's body around you. Find out what makes you happy and smother yourself in it. Life is too short and to precious to go through it being miserable. Then, once you achieve a happy place in your life spread your happiness around. It's as simple as a smile....try it. It will make you feel good from the inside out! !!!
