MGUS and CA125

I was diagnosed with MGUS 18 years ago. I have since been diagnosed with CLL for which I am on watch and wait. As far as I am aware these two are not related.

My last but one test showed my MGUS levels had nearly doubled (having been stable for years) but in last test had gone down slightly.

However, my CA125 levels are slowly increasing (ovarian cancer has been ruled out). I have been on Google, for my sins, and see that raised CA125 can also be found in Myleoma .

My doctor says they are not going to do any more CA125 tests as ovarian cancer has been ruled out and I am concerned about this.

Sorry to have been so long winded but can anyone give me any advice please as to the relation of raised CA125 levels and Myleoma?

Thank you
