Still affected by fatigue and lack of stamina following treatment and four years post diagnosis. The battery symbol is very apt since I start the day with plenty of energy but it gradually runs out depending how much I do during the day. I do get up quite early but am normally in bed by about 6.30pm and happy to read or do the crossword.
Lack of stamina is also an issue for me. Generally have to be careful in what I tackle and pace myself. Doing jobs in short bursts is generally the answer and being prepared to ask for help from the younger generation - not easy but generally the path of least resistance.
