The last year or so i have had dry skin in small patches periodically and long lasting small areas on my buttocks and arms and periodically on hair areas scalp legs arms chest butt face.. Recently ive developed an extremely dry rash thats got a few long lasting sores from pimples within this rash covering my entire buttcrack which is red and dry and flaky with incredible itchiness.. And as ive been using lotions and salacylic acid lotions from the store ive now got dry skin behind my ears crusting and going up my scalp on the back and redness in the folds of my groin which look like stretched skin and can be white in the crease same as my buttcrack plus above the ears its uncomfortable and ive neen trying to figure out what is going on but cant find much which resembles my case it looks like sebhorric dermatitus and eczema and mild shingles or lyme disease its small tiny bumps and itchy dry patches which are becoming more troublesome and not going away i can somewhat fight back with the acid but its not going away... Its been several wee not really getting better.. What should i do? I used the identifier and it keeps giving me different answers from lupus to herpes to nuerodermatitus to borrelias i can supply photos i am not sure if i should post photos of my butt and balls lol.. So i wont unless asked

U should go to the doctor before it gets really bad. Pls don't make the same mistake as I did as my eczema when it was on my leg now it is basically all over my body

I would say the same as Rixy676 but would add that in the meantime, avoid soap and use a soap substitute, if you don't have anything use an unperfumed cream and rinse off with warm water. Use an emollient cream to keep the skin softer. You can usually buy this at a pharmacy, but it can take time to find one that suits your skin. But get to your GP as soon as you can, and try for referral to dermatologist.

I have had Seborrheic dermatitis most of my life and the best moistener I have used is Aveena moisturising cream with collodial oatmeal which was recommended by my GP (Locum), I also have a special latherless shampoo off the GP for my scalp, as far as your nether regions I cannot really help only suggest to wash and rinse thoroughly and make sure you dry off completely

Psoriasis? Please don't post photos of your butt or gonads.
