I'm not sure is that it, but I used to have similar rash on my cheeks every spring. It lasted month or two and then disappear, and again next year...

I'm in Canada now, so spring is not even close.

Looks like an allergic reation

You could take a tablespoon of flaxseed oil every day , 2 x 1000mg evening primrose oil capsules and fish oil capsules x3 to improve your overall health which will enable you to combat these allergic reactions

Also you could try 10 mg DHEA although ideally you would get your DHEA and cortisol levels tested first

DHEA is amazing for allergic skin reactions but you need to go easy and stick to a small dose
