Hi everyone,

I have both rhumatoid and Osteo Arthris as well as Graves Disease. I would welcome any insight into managing these conditions that would enable me to have a more fulfilling and richer life with my grandchildren.

I'm 51 years old, don't look it but my body sometimes moves like a person a lot older and infirm than me.

greatful gratitude in advance.

I am a yoga teacher and wonder if you can find a local class that would offer you gentle exercise that would not exacerbate your arthritis but would keep your joints moving? And would bring you in contact with other people. Good luck x
