hello .an antibiotic called Docycyclyne (DOXY) cleared my roscesa up along with a gentle cleanser called Bioderma AR water and a cover up/ treatment Bioderma AR BB cream it is like a makeup and treatment in one and is brilliant.. you will probably need a low dosage longer term maybe 2/ 3 months treatment with the Doxy but amazing no side effects for me and the pain went in 24 hours and inflamation and redness cleared up within a week and continued now I am free but there is NO CURE for this ailment but the doxy will help when you have a flare up love it got my life and self esteem back.. ask your doctor and get good advice i sis a lot of research before I went to my doctor and asked gfor the Doxy he agreed that is was the best treatment as before with another doctor I was treated for acne ..... completely wrong!! good luck from a fellow sufferer...
