Bumpy cheeks..

Hi, for about a year I've had bumpy pimple type spots on my cheeks that are red (see photos) does anybody know what this is??

Looks like a type of psoriasis

Looks like mild rosacea to me

Thanks, I thought it may have been that from researching online. Strange how I never had spots as a teenager then I turn 30 and here they are haha!

Please go to yout GP and ask to see a dermatologist - it is a condition that cannot be cured but can be managed and controlled so its important to get a proper diagnosis. I ha e suffered for 40 years and each day is a struggle for me. Happy to chat further once you've been properly diagnosed. Good luck - I sincerely hope it isn't rosacea.
