I have them both yes. Trichotollomania is often associated with anxiety disorders do I don't find it strange.

Hey there,

I have skin picking disorder which is closely related. Both hair pulling and skin picking can be co morbid with OCD. The IOCDF has resources on co morbid disorders. I also like BFRB.org for specific information regarding body focused repetitive behaviors.
