I have taken 1 3 week intensive clinic in CA, but it has not worked for me since I am dealing with many health issues. for the past 8 month I have been seeing a therapist who specializes in it, and I am still in a struggle to get the OCD under some control. I wish it was some simple compulsion and not many health issues. ERP is toted as the way to go.
