Has anyone heard of of Tame the Beast? At my last Physio appointment he said to watch the YouTube video when I got home, which I did.
I also looked up the website about this and it goes on about pain systems being over protective
I don t fully understand it and just wondered if anyone else had been sent to this website and what the general thoughts are around this?
My pain is VERY real and I also don't sleep well during the night (due to pain) which leaves me really tired during the day, but I move as much as I can, and have gentle exercises that I do.
