Need help with bloods

Hi I've received my blood results in my app . When I asked the receptionist she said everything things come back OK. Now looking on the results I don't think they are im worried can some on guid me please

I know absolutely nothing about bloods but it looks like you are only out of normal range by 0.1 in your lymphocytes which could be caused by a lot of things that are benign enough. I presume someone who knows more will chip in with the usual caveate being none of us are doctors.
