I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and ankylosing spondylitis recently, and it’s been a hard road. However, over the past 3 weeks I’ve been experiencing nausea, head fogginess, headache, light sensitivity, and difficultly like orienting my balance. It happens at like 4:00 every afternoon and usually eased up by like 7-8 but sometimes it lasts until I go to sleep. Does anyone else experience this? What can I do?

Why do I feel like this
Things to rule out include eye strain, inner/middle ear inflammation/infection for the symptoms you mention. Have you spoken to your doctor about your symptoms?
I've had similar experiences in the past so here are some other things to think about:
What are you doing in the hours before symptoms?
Are there any triggers?
(I've had lots of symptoms that were almost like clockwork with when they'd set in during the day, looking back there was something I was doing that put me in a bad posture that set off the next round of pain and weird sensations)
Was there an initial trigger - An accident, over-exertion, strain, new pillow etc. etc. a few weeks ago?
What kind of headache are you experiencing? Describe the pain. Where is it? What it's like? Take a few deep breaths and feel what happens, does the pain change/move?
Move your jaw about, feel for tensions. Turn your head, roll your eyes, gentle movements to see how things feel - breath in through your nostrils and feel your body getting a bit longer/taller.
Have you neck pain/tension? Tight shoulders? Think about your positioning and posture of your body in relation to your head. If your head is a bit off-balance the balance receptors in your ears will be too until you either straighten up and realign your head - or your body adjusts to compensate which makes the rest of your body more imbalanced and misaligned.
