I have fibromyalgia I have it in my head Neck shoulders this is the worse I have been feel nauseous like the worse case of flue my head feels like it's going to explode

The neck it's where I got it and it's always triggers a bad head. Have you tryed norproxin Or a aspirin table just one tho Look at what medication your on and see if you can take any of them. With it xx

I'm with you on that one today! My head keeps going zing, zing......... l just have to accept that this is one of my "NO" days. Stay in, keep quiet & STAY CALM, Rest, treat yourself, be kind to yourself. It will pass, honest. You have to pace yourself. Hugs, Jacqui

I can actually relate well to this I have had this from the very beginning before anything else. I also would get dizzy enough to black out at times. Nanoproxen helps me a lot or now this may sound kind of strange but it is what my mother taught me also but one Excedrin and a small / tiny cup of cola with caffeine than just rest. That is horrible you are experiencing these type of pains. I am truly sorry , I hope you can feel better sooner than later from these type of episodes. Oh and if you can go acupuncture or massages help too for me. I hope any of this is helpful for you.
