I am surprised about your oncology nurse, usually they adivice against it! Is that in Bristol? I tried to confince my medical stuff to take it and they are vehement against it.
Tarapuppy, please ask your oncologist about taking HRT with a hormone driven cancer, I am as surprised as Ruci at this advice. Please, please seek a second opinion on this.
Have you been on any of PBCC courses? You learn so much on how to take care of yourself, residential and free.

Dear Tarapuppy - if you are already using services at Penny Brohn Cancer Care, can I suggest you book a Doctor Appointment or phone in? The whole question of HRT is quite complex, and is not something we give general advice about. The doctor will be able to talk through your particular situation and concerns, and help you think through all the options before coming to a clear decision about what is best for you.
