I had been searching for safe ways to help the people in my classes with cancer. There is a need to know, I found so much from my old mags.

It became more important as the years passed. A young lady with a brain tumour, ladies with breast cancer, thyroid cancer, kidney cancer, skin cancer, bowel cancer. A person with multiple cancers etc. The information that was provided was not as safe as I had read. I knew about the dizziness and the nausea and I knew of the pain they felt and I have cried. I wish I could have taken their pain away. A few ladies with osteoporosis and cancer. They had osteoporosis prior to the cancer, and I feared of the greater risks from the treatment they were having. Three people with hypothyroid, I has breast cancer, one has cancer of the thyroid another has kidney cancer. How much research has been done regarding the link between Hypothyroidism and cancer.?

I am attending a hospital in London tomorrow (Tuesday) for a scan on my chest, stomach and pelvis. I was told last year I had a small lesion on the right kidney. We will get that sorted.

For more info re safe practice look at stepup-speakout.org

I would not recommend yoga pose 'down facing dog'. Not good bearing in mind the dizziness and nausea that accompanies the condition./

I wish you all well.
