Please note that this pain most likely is due to migraine you suffer from . Please note that migraines are known to cause pain on one side of the head. And the pain could be felt around the eye, temple, and even forehead. Further, if the pain is above your right eye, you could probably have a right-sided migraine. But, please see your GP or the neurologist. Best wishes
I have had migraines for most of my adult life, increasing in frequency and severity with age.
Migraines are a neurological disorder but I do not know if they are related to MSA.
I do know that my vision problems often trigger my migraines.
I urge you to discuss this with your physician because there is help available.
