We are currently clearing my mum's house as we're about to exchange contracts. The pandemic though is making it extremely difficult to sort out what to do about furniture and especially her expensive adjustable bed (it was purchased 2 years ago and only used for 15 months). Charities are not accepting anything and we're struggling to even find storage at the moment. So I was wondering if there was anyone in need of a single laybrook bed including the mattress and would be able to collect from North Wiltshire in the next week or so. We also have a folding surround for a toilet (also only a year old) and a rollater. We can follow covid 19 guidance, the property has been empty for some time.

Hello TK-67
I am sorry to hear this it must be a challenging job in the current pandemic.
We do have a page for second hand equipment it would be worth putting on there
msatrust.org.uk/support-for...
It gives you instructions as to how to get something included on there
Also worth a look if you are looking to buy something
Thanks Jill MSA Trust
thanks Jill, I'll have a look. Yes this is now a very challenging project! Mum's now settled in her nursing home so we now have a whole house to clear.
Is there a local facebook page? I am stuck half way through a house move and have found it useful
I sold our hoist through a website called disabled gear.
Also preloved do have a section for disability items. You might find someone on there.
