Hi my more active friends!

I have a question. I need to be more active in hopes that will help me with my insomnia and frankly just need to. I love the pool but frankly it's a lot of work to get to the pool. (even though it's 5 minutes away) Is there any way to avoid triggering the tingling in the legs after working out? On the bad days if my legs start moving the tingling will stop but once I stop walking the tingling is worse so I am constantly shaking them. On the really bad days that doesn't even help. So second question for everyone. What the heck do you find works best for leg tingling? I honestly do a CBD tincture. Sorry for the tangent. 😇

That's awesome. My neighbor brought some tinctures over one day remembering I have insomnia and it helped. Same friend brought over a cream for pain and when my gastro kicked in for four days of me not sleeping and in the ER twice (yeah like that helped) I remembered that her friend started a CBD company and knew I had MS so he made a cream to see if it would help and wanted me to sample it. (I finally remembered I had it after four days) I swear it was GOD SENT. My narcotics did squat!! I told her how much it helped and they ended up putting it on the shelves. You would think I would be given a life time supply of the stuff but noooooo! LOL point is. CBD, heck yes. THC with CBD in tincture form...oh yeah!!!! (pretend there is a pot leaf emoji here )
