I have ET and i need to know if vibrating power plates are safe for me to use?

Hello Val-P,

I also have E.t and when I asked my doctor she said it was fine to use a power plate. I have used them and I never had any problems so for me it was all right. The best thing is to ask your doctor, then you will know for sure.
