Since ED is fairly common with MPNs, quite a few males with MPNs are likely using one of them. It is worth noting that when one partner is using hydroxycarbamide, it is recommended that a condom be used to prevent exposure of the other partner to hydroxycarbamide. The drug passes into semen and vaginal sectretions, risking direct contact with sensitive tissues.
