The best summary on ET I have seen so far:onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi...
I hope this will be helpful, especially for the recently diagnosed ones.

Wow. That is really useful 👍. I am going to spend some time looking over it. Thanks. I do think this has a lot of information in that i would like to know
Thanks for posting this , I think it’s important to mention that although the authors of this paper are famous and generally well respected haems their view that Bisulphan should be used as second line for ET is likely to be disagreed with by most experts, that’s not to say Bisulphan has it uses but even with much older patients it’s rarely used.
The authors wrote: "to date, drug therapy has not been shown to improve survival or prevent leukemic/fibrotic transformation in either ET or PV" whereas this 2023 study reported myelofibrosis free survival after 20 years of treatment with interferon was 100%. doi.org/10.1182/blood-2023-...
2023 study also stated: "These results support the use of interferon as a currently available disease-modifying agent to improve long-term myelofibrosis free survival and also warrant reconsideration of earlier treatment in patients with ET and PV with interferon to improve myelofibrosis free survival potentially as a primary aim."
I’ll definitely read it again and save the information.. thank you
