I’ve reached the point where I feel it’s time to get a MPN specialist involved in my care after years with the local hospital haematology dept.
So I’m just wondering if anyone can make recommendations please? I’m in the North West (UK) but prepared to travel if need be as I note that many seem to go to Guy’s.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
Pete

Consulting a MPN Specialist is essential to ensuring optimal care. Others on the forum can make more specific recommendations. Here is a list you can also check.
Hello Pete, I live in the North West and go to the Christie to see Tim Summerville. I had hope my care could be shared between Arrow Park hospital snd the Christie but my local hospital and Heamatologist did not agree to this. Ì am pleased with the consultation at the Chrisie. Hooe this helps.
I saw Tim Somerville for a few months whilst taking part in the Pacritinib drug trial. I thought he was excellent. He was positive about me going for the SCT despite my having a couple of quite significant commodities. Good luck with everything.
