I visited a Kinesiologist just under a month ago on the advice of my chiropractor. I felt rather uncertain when I saw the Himalayan Salt lamp and was enveloped in the consciously calm atmosphere of the waiting room but I did get help. This is the first time anything has really reduced my fatigue so am writing about it hoping someone else may benefit from my experience
I had a 3hr consultation with exhaustive questioning about my medical history and some weird testing of my muscle strength to establish which supplements would help me. There was also some 'pummeling' of my lymph nodes to move the blood around the body. I came away with a number of supplements (cost of initial consultation = £180 and supplements (£105) and incredibly tired.
However, the breathlessness had ceased- sadly only for 2/3 days - but I feel so much better. I am not so tired - it hasn't gone but I can't believe how I feel compared with the past. Long may it last. I go back in 3 weeks time to report how things have gone and am really hopeful it will last. (I ran the supplements past my haem who was happy that I take them).
